Heritage Trolley Tour of Historic Laredo offers two-hour guided tours through the historic districts in both English and Spanish. Tours run Tuesday through Saturday and depart from the Republic of the Rio Grande Museum.

Fort McIntosh
History buffs will not want to miss the opportunity to explore Fort McIntosh, built in the aftermath of the Mexican War in 1849 and retired in 1947. Since its closing, Fort McIntosh has become part of the Laredo Community College main campus. However, it is still open to the public for tours.

Get your daily dose of exercise at the one-hour Heritage Walking Tours in San Agustin Plaza. Conducted in English and Spanish, these guided tours are a great way to become familiar with this 255-year old city. All tours start and finish at the Republic of the Rio Grande Museum and run Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment only.
